Within the past couple of weeks, Minnesota Twins DH Nelson Cruz hit 3 home runs in one game twice within a 10-day span. Such a feat had not occurred since 1982 when the Angels' Doug DeCinces did so on August 3 and August 8 (the game referenced above).
