Yep. The ol' "double nickel" this year.
My old man has for years warned me how much quicker time goes by as you get older. And given a good number of people who attended my 50th birthday bash are floored over the fact that party was five years ago, I can concede dad's warning.
Anyhow, no big celebration today, but there will be a couple of family gatherings this Memorial Day weekend, so that'll be fun.
I guess I oughta started planning for the soiree commemorating 60 since that birthday will be here before I know it.
