Happy Presidents' Day weekend to those who celebrate! Hopefully you make the Northern Alliance Radio Network part of your festivities, as my 2-hour radio show The Closer will be on 1-3 PM Central Time today. 

In the first hour I'll weigh in on issues pertaining to Minnesota. Some of the items include the newly drawn Congressional & Legislative district maps being released as well as former Brooklyn Center police officer Kim Potter being sentenced in last year's shooting death of Daunte Wright.

Then in the 2:00 hour, I will look at the latest in the Freedom Convoy protests in Canada and how PM Justin Trudeau is going full authoritarian to slow them down.
