It's the first Sunday of the NFL regular season, but I'll be focused on my radio show The Closer. The 2-hour broadcast gets started at 1:00 PM Central Time. 

Right at 1:00, I will be joined by Niels Jorgensen, who was a member of the NYC Fire Dept. for nearly 22 years (1989-2011). Given yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks on U.S. soil, Niels will give his perspective on the events of that day. 

If time permits I will weigh in on the latest of President Biden's authoritarian measures. In local news, there is another GOP entrant in the race for MN Governor.
