When decades of buffonery becomes a strength

You've likely heard about Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden's verbal faux pas in Iowa Thursday evening.

In fairness, Biden has a history of "slips of the tongue," so he can legitimately use that as an excuse here. It's only when he speaks eloquently that one might assume something is amiss.
